Society) follows an open-access publishing model where all published articles
are freely accessible to readers worldwide. To support editorial management,
peer review coordination, article formatting, and online publication, authors
are required to pay a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) after their
manuscript is accepted for publication.

Waiver Policy
IRGS Publisher may consider partial fee waivers or
discounts for authors from low-income countries or researchers with financial
limitations. Such requests will be reviewed by the editorial board.
